When listing a property for sale there are many things to think about. From listing agreements, setting client expectations, photos, and marketing – we understand that you have a lot to do, and not much time. Our most successful relationships start from when a listing agreement is signed, allowing plenty of time to establish a staging plan and factoring in your desired time to list. We understand that listing photography is a big part of generating demand and will ensure prospective buyers stop scrolling when they get to your property.

Our Streamlined Process

Pre Listing Consultation

One of our certified RESA® (Real Estate Staging Association) designers will conduct a pre-listing consultation with you and / or your clients either by Zoom or in person.

Home Staging Checklist

Depending on budget, timeline, and the property your designer will outline a clear and specific plan for getting your property ready for sale. As an example, they may recommend decluttering certain areas (bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, etc), may suggest alternative placement of existing furniture elements, or may recommend rental of new elements. Together, you will arrive at a solid plan that meets the requirements of your project.

Execution

Once the plan and timeline are established, it’s time to get to work. Your designer will source any required elements, schedule delivery and installation, and will make the finishing touches prior to photography.
